1. Tickets once purchased are not refundable.
2. Proof of identification needs to be provided along with the ticket to gain entry to the event

REDEMPTION
Please ensure that you bring the NIC/passport, which you used to purchase the tickets online along with a copy of the confirmation email for redemption/collection. No tickets can be redeemed without presentation of a valid NIC/passport.  Alternatively, online, you may nominate a third party to collect tickets on your behalf by providing their name and NIC/passport number at checkout. However, you need to ensure that the third party’s NIC/passport is presented at the collection desk. Table Tickets can be redeemed at the event entrance on the 15th of October 2016, 2 hours prior to commencement of the event. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded or cancelled.  In the unlikely event of extreme weather conditions, unavoidable circumstances or any other instances of force majeure leading to the event being cancelled, the organisers and ticketing partners (ShopBox) will not be held liable to refund the ticket holders.
